"I have been amidst and insurance battle for 3 months, and have been living in a hotel for 2 months, due to improper water mitigation after a water loss that resulted in mold. I have gone back and forth with so many people, and it was not until I hired a company to do my remediation out of pocket that things started turning around. I really wanted mold clearance testing to be conducted prior to reconstruction beginning, so I started making arrangements to time those two tasks. I was advised by the mold remediation company to hold off on the reconstruction until I had the inspection results.
